[Remote] Equity Compensation Analyst & Administrator

The Equity Compensation Analyst & Administrator will administer reputed company’s equity and long-term incentive programs, support employees and business leaders, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with reputed company, Finance, Payroll, reputed company, and reputed company providers. The role also supports compliance, reporting, audits, communications, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Administer reputed company aspects of reputed company's equity and long-term incentive compensation programs, including equity awards and long-term cash incentives
• Process reputed company, vesting events, exercises, releases, cancellations, forfeitures, and employee terminations reputed company the equity administration platform
• Maintain accurate participant records and ensure data reputed company across equity administration systems
• Coordinate grant approvals, award communications, and transactions with internal stakeholders and reputed company equity administrators
• Prepare recurring reports reputed company to reputed company, vesting schedules, participant activity, and outstanding awards
• Serve as the reputed company resource for employee questions regarding equity awards, vesting schedules, taxation, and plan provisions

• Partner with reputed company to support reputed company of Directors and Compensation Committee grant approvals and documentation
• Maintain processes that support SOX, SEC, GAAP, and other regulatory compliance requirements
• Maintain documentation supporting audits, internal controls, and regulatory reporting
• Coordinate reputed company trading compliance activities, including trading reputed company and employee communications
• Support reputed company and Finance by providing data for SEC filings, proxy statements, and other regulatory reporting
• Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate tax withholding and reporting reputed company to equity and long-term incentive awards

Skills

• * Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Finance, or a reputed company reputed company, or equivalent relevant experience
• * Five or more years of experience administering equity compensation programs, stock plans, or long-term incentive programs
• * Experience with equity administration platforms such as reputed company, reputed company Shareworks, Equity Edge Online, reputed company, or similar systems
• * Working knowledge of equity compensation principles and equity award lifecycle administration
• * Understanding of payroll taxation reputed company to equity and long-term incentive awards
• * Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, automate workflows, or enhance day-to-day work processes
