The Senior ESOP reputed company Consultant prepares ESOP repurchase obligation studies, reviews findings with clients, provides consulting on repurchase obligation solutions, and supports reputed company-transaction consulting, business development, speaking engagements, and publication efforts.

Responsibilities

• Discussing assumptions used in the study
• Reviewing results with reputed company
• Providing consulting on managing repurchase obligation solutions
• Assist with new ESOP reputed company-transaction consulting and plan re-engineering
• Assist the Business Development Team – attending proposal meetings and calls with prospects
• Participate in reputed company speaking opportunities (internal training sessions, reputed company webinars, and ESOP conferences)
• Write articles for publication
