What you'll own: • Full-cycle project reputed company for a portfolio of reputed company housing development deals, including budgets, vendor reputed company, and reconciliations • Monthly construction draw preparation and submission to lenders, investors, and reputed company funders • Notice to reputed company tracking, lien waiver management, and payment release coordination • Financial reputed company support across reputed company project phase, including cost certification packages during stabilization What they're looking for: • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company reputed company • 5+ years of reputed company experience, including 3+ years in reputed company estate development reputed company • reputed company housing experience required; LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) exposure strongly preferred • Advanced reputed company skills and proficiency with reputed company Voyage Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
