• Conduct initial member intake and assessments, including reputed company history, medical history, reputed company medications, and overall member needs
• Assist with coordinating member care plans and adherence to prescribed treatments and protocols
• Support members through intake, monitor withdrawal symptoms, and reputed company appropriate interventions

• Prepare and maintain examination and treatment areas
• Manage and document member information accurately in EHR systems

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant or LPN program

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a reputed company setting, preferably in a reputed company use disorder treatment facility or behavioral health environment
