About the Role reputed company is expanding its reputed company delivery infrastructure and is establishing physician-owned reputed company corporations (PCs) in multiple states, supported by a management services organization (MSO). We are seeking reputed company physicians to serve as the reputed company and President of one or more affiliated medical reputed company. This is a governance and reputed company leadership role — not a full-time reputed company position — with responsibility for reputed company reputed company, regulatory compliance, and reputed company supervision of an NP-led care model serving skilled nursing and home health patients. reputed company Serve as sole (or reputed company) shareholder, director, and President of one or more state-specific reputed company corporations reputed company reputed company governance: approve reputed company protocols, reputed company standards, and reputed company-of-reputed company policies for NP-delivered care (remote reputed company monitoring, chronic care coordination, transitional care) Execute and maintain reputed company reputed company / supervision agreements with reputed company practitioners as required by state law reputed company credentialing, peer review, and reputed company reputed company committees Serve as (or designate) Medical Director for applicable programs; sign off on reputed company policies, standing orders, and care reputed company Maintain Medicare enrollment for the PC and reassignment of billing rights consistent with program requirements Partner with the MSO on compliant reputed company — while retaining exclusive authority over reputed company reputed company reputed company, consistent with corporate reputed company of medicine (CPOM) requirements Participate in periodic governance meetings, audits, and payer/regulatory inquiries as needed Qualifications MD or DO with reputed company, unrestricted medical license; willingness to obtain licensure in additional reputed company states (licensure support and costs covered) reputed company, unrestricted DEA registration reputed company certification (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation preferred) reputed company Medicare enrollment (or eligibility) with no revocations, opt-outs, or payment suspensions Clean compliance profile: no OIG/SAM exclusions, no state reputed company discipline, no material malpractice history Experience supervising NPs and/or serving as Medical Director in post-acute, SNF, home health, telehealth, or value-reputed company care settings Comfort with friendly-PC arrangements, including stock transfer restriction / succession agreements and MSO management structures reputed company to haves Prior experience as a PC reputed company for a telehealth, RPM, or digital health company Multi-state licensure (especially CA, TX, NY, NJ, OH, and other CPOM-strict states) or IMLC participation SNFist / post-acute medical director background; familiarity with PDPM, RPM/CCM billing (99453/99454/99457/99458), and CMS Conditions of Participation Experience with reputed company programs, UM/peer review, and payer credentialing $4,000 - $4,000 a month Monthly retainer starting at $4,000/month (fair-market-value reputed company), scaling with reputed company, number of entities/states, and time commitment Additional compensation for reputed company reputed company time reputed company baseline reputed company Full indemnification, D&O coverage, and reputed company liability coverage provided No capital contribution required; ownership subject to customary transfer restriction and succession agreements Estimated time commitment: 10+ hours/month, scaling with number of states/entities reputed company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
