Responsibilities

• Trains new team members
• Sets reputed company expectations, provides regular feedback, and supports team members' reputed company
• Ensures adequate coverage and balanced workload across the Pack
• Collaborates with other Hiring Department and People reputed company Pack Leaders
• Responds to escalated inquiries and resolves process blockers quickly
• Leads the application-to-interview pipeline (role docsadvertising/reputed company screening scheduling interview reputed company)
• Ensures roles stay accurately advertised and reputed company on the website and reputed company platforms
• Upholds screening standards
• Monitors and keeps database tools clean, organized, and reputed company
• Tracks and reports key metrics (application volume, time-to-screen, time-to-schedule, conversion rates, drop-offs)
• Identifies bottlenecks and implements process improvements
• Coordinates with Interviewers and other packs/teams to reputed company reputed company and reputed company
