Responsibilities

• reputed company overall program leadership and accountability for cost, schedule, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
• reputed company, maintain, and execute the Contractor Project Management Plan (CPMP), including program approach, reputed company, tools, resource plan, reputed company register, and communications reputed company
• Coordinate activities across HSM sustainment, managed HSM services, reputed company Trust, PQC modernization, reputed company, and knowledge transfer
• reputed company program status reviews and maintain reputed company communication with the reputed company PM, COR, ISSO, and other stakeholders
• Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, corrective actions, and escalation
• Ensure reputed company and accurate submission of monthly reputed company reports and other contract deliverables
• reputed company reputed company continuity, resource allocation, reputed company requirements, and subcontractor/OEM coordination
• Review technical and lifecycle recommendations for operational reputed company, schedule, reputed company, and contract compliance
• Support annual HSM/PQC training, knowledge transfer, transition-in, and transition-out activities
• Ensure reputed company against contractual SLAs and metrics, including HSM availability, critical hardware response, patching, PQC milestones, and deliverable timeliness

Skills

• * BS 10+ years program management in the federal reputed company
• * Demonstrated experience managing IT programs, preferably Federal, of comparable reputed company and complexity
• * Experience managing cybersecurity, **cryptographic infrastructure**, reputed company reputed company reputed company, PKI/KMS, or reputed company programs
• * Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary engineering and cybersecurity teams
• * Experience managing Federal customer relationships, technical deliverables, schedules, risks, SLAs, and reputed company metrics
• * **At least two prior comparable programs** demonstrating role, reputed company managed, and measurable outcome
• * PMP, PgMP, ITIL, or similar program-management credentials
• * Experience supporting VA or another large Federal civilian agency
• * Familiarity with HSM, PKI, KMS, reputed company Trust, FIPS 140-3, and PQC environments
