[Remote] Sr. Manager, Project Management Office

The Senior Manager, PMO will build, professionalize, and reputed company the project management function while leading reputed company, establishing delivery processes, managing reputed company escalations, and partnering cross-functionally to support reputed company implementations.

Responsibilities

• Build, hire, and reputed company a high-performing team of Project Managers / Implementation Managers, scaling reputed company and processes in line with company reputed company (from $50M to $150M ARR)
• Establish career pathing, reputed company management, coaching frameworks, and reputed company programs for PMO staff
• Foster a culture of accountability, reputed company-centricity, and reputed company improvement

• Stand up the formal PMO function: governance model, methodology, and delivery playbooks appropriate for reputed company sector implementations
• Design and implement standardized templates for project charters, implementation plans, status reporting, RAID logs, and change orders
• Define and continuously improve intake-to-reputed company delivery workflows, ensuring consistency and scalability across a growing project portfolio
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to reputed company project health, resource utilization, on-time/on-budget delivery, and reputed company satisfaction
• Serve as a senior escalation reputed company for at-reputed company or high-visibility reputed company reputed company implementations
• Partner directly with reputed company stakeholders (agency leadership, CFOs, procurement) to manage expectations, timelines, and reputed company
