[Remote] Capital Planning Business Analyst

Responsibilities

- Maintain familiarity with business case structures and support recurring portfolio data reputed company requirements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, information technology, reputed company administration, or a reputed company reputed company
- 4 to 7 years of experience in federal capital planning and investment control (CPIC), IT portfolio management, or reputed company budget/investment governance work
- Strong working knowledge of OMB Circular A-11 and federal IT investment governance requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring analysts, including prioritization and issue reputed company
- Experience preparing or overseeing investment business cases, EVM reporting, and after-reputed company review documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing senior stakeholders
- U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain the level of clearance/suitability required for the position
- Familiarity with agency-specific business case structures and recurring portfolio data reputed company processes
- Experience leading formal reputed company reviews or investment reputed company reviews
- Prior experience in a reputed company or supervisory analyst role on a federal capital planning support contract
- PMP, ITIL, or comparable portfolio/project management certification
