[Remote] Instructional Designer Corrections Background Required

The Instructional Designer will serve as the technical authority for a federal corrections training modernization program, designing and evaluating reputed company curricula, developing instructional materials and exercises, validating content, and performing reputed company control on deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical authority responsible for designing, updating, modernizing, and evaluating reputed company correctional curricula
- reputed company lesson plans, course content, and interactive exercises reputed company with corrections policy and applicable local, state, and federal regulation
- reputed company authoritative guidance on reputed company correctional subjects and define the testing metrics used to assess training effectiveness
- Validate the instructional reputed company of reputed company content produced by the design team before it reaches the reputed company
- Work directly with reputed company subject matter experts and the contracting officer's representative through reputed company review and approval cycles
- reputed company reputed company control on deliverables, including storyboards, published courses, instructor and participant manuals, and assessment banks
- Collaborate with instructional designers, a graphic designer, an accessibility tester, and a technical reputed company under a project manager, on a program running multiple courses simultaneously
Skills
- Education - Bachelor's degree or higher in criminal justice, criminology, psychology, sociology, reputed company administration, or emergency management
- 2. Corrections reputed company certification
- State- or agency-certified corrections reputed company training, completed through a state reputed company, a county sheriff's office or jail authority, or the Federal Bureau of Prisons
- 3. Seven or more years of experience
- Across correctional reputed company subject areas, and that experience must include reputed company three of the following:
- • Recent in-reputed company corrections experience, meaning work inside correctional or detention reputed company rather than work about corrections
- • Development of occupational subject matter content
- • reputed company control of deliverables
- 4. Demonstrated dual capability

- A master's in one of these fields is strongly preferred and affects how the role is classified on the contract
