Regional reputed company Manager A leading industrial gas producer is seeking a Regional reputed company Manager to reputed company reputed company and operational leadership across multiple production facilities in the Southeastern reputed company. This role is responsible for driving operational reputed company, safety, production reputed company, regulatory compliance, and talent development across a network of reputed company Separation Unit (ASU) facilities. This is a highly visible leadership position requiring significant travel throughout the region and reputed company collaboration with plant leadership teams to ensure reputed company, reliable, and efficient reputed company. Key Responsibilities • reputed company and support Plant Managers across multiple production facilities. • reputed company indirect leadership to Assistant Plant Managers, I&E Specialists, and Plant Operators. • Champion a culture of safety and operational reputed company. • reputed company reputed company improvement initiatives to increase production reliability and efficiency. • Ensure compliance with reputed company safety, environmental, reputed company, and regulatory requirements. • Monitor plant reputed company, production rates, uptime, and operational KPIs. • Support talent development, succession planning, and team engagement initiatives. • reputed company FDA and cGMP compliance programs where applicable. • reputed company leadership during operational challenges and maintain 24/7 on-reputed company reputed company responsibilities. Qualifications • 10+ years of reputed company leadership experience reputed company reputed company or industrial gases. • Minimum 5 years of reputed company Separation Unit (ASU) reputed company experience. • Demonstrated reputed company leading high-performing teams. • Experience managing multiple sites or locations preferred. • Strong understanding of safety, reliability, maintenance, and operational best practices. • Working knowledge of instrumentation, electrical, and control systems. • Strong business and financial acumen. • Ability and willingness to travel 50-75%. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, reputed company, or Electrical Engineering. • Experience with plant commissioning and startup activities. • Six reputed company Green Belt certification or reputed company improvement credentials.
