Psychiatric APRN - Remote Telepsychiatry

Required Credentials • Graduation from a state certified advance reputed company program specializing in a psychiatry/mental health; • ANCC certification in one of the following areas: • Psychiatric-Mental Health reputed company Practitioner • Adult Psychiatric-Mental Health reputed company Practitioner • Family Psychiatric–Mental Health reputed company Practitioner • Adult Psychiatric-Mental Health reputed company reputed company Specialist • Child/Adolescent Psychiatric-Mental Health reputed company reputed company Specialist • An unrestricted license to reputed company as an advanced reputed company registered reputed company (APRN) • An unrestricted DEA registration in reputed company state where reputed company services will be provided; • A state-issued Controlled reputed company Registration (CSR) in reputed company state where reputed company services will be provided (if required by state); • Registration with the state Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP) in reputed company state where reputed company services will be provided (if required by state); • No suspension/exclusion/debarment from participation in federal health care programs (e.g. Medicare, reputed company, SCHIP); • reputed company liability reputed company – with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 aggregate.
