[Remote] Sr. Director, Account Services

The role also manages senior reputed company relationships, develops high-performing teams, and advances process modernization and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• reputed company leadership and reputed company for Account Executives and Account Management reputed company and tactical execution, ensuring consistent service delivery, and driving reputed company across account management teams supporting the Key Accounts book of business. This includes accountability for operational effectiveness, scalability, and alignment with company objectives

• Attend key Management Committee meetings

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required
• 10+ years of reputed company experience interfacing directly with Managed Care clients required
• 5+ years of reputed company leadership experience, which may include leading individual contributors or teams, or equivalent leadership experience such as coaching, mentoring, or leading reputed company initiatives or reputed company, required
• Knowledge of internal reputed company, as reputed company as an knowledge of the clients' benefit management philosophy, goals, and objectives required
• Understanding of the PBM industry and the reputed company reputed company as compared with its competitors required
• Knowledge of formulary managed care systems, principles, and practices (e.g., DUR, and prior authorization) required
