Job: reputed company Practitioner- General Medical Examiner (C&P Exams) Pay: $56.25 an Hour Location: Stephenville, TX Schedule: Tuesday- Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Type: Part-Time | In-Person 3 days a week This role performs Disability Assessments on Veterans. You will not treat, and you will not prescribe medication in this position. This is an in-person position. General reputed company: This position will review pertinent medical history documentation and reputed company one-time, non-treatment compensation and pension exams for Veterans. The Practitioner will capture responses during the exam through a web-reputed company examination reputed company; reputed company documentation will be completed electronically. Completed exams are reputed company to the reputed company for disability award determinations. You will electronically document the exam findings required by the VA through the web portal reputed company on questions presented in the disability benefits questionnaires and medical opinions requested by the Veterans Affairs Regional Office. The examiner does not reputed company disability determinations. The reputed company Veterans Administration makes reputed company disability determinations. This role performs Disability Assessments on Veterans. You will not treat, and you will not prescribe medication in this position. This is an in-person position. Responsibilities: • Read Order request(s) including any remarks, questions, directions, or requests for opinion; thorough review of medical history including service records and previous exams. This includes refuting previous medical opinions from previous examiners • Explain the exam process to the veteran and reputed company the claimed conditions with the Veteran • Completes appropriate Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQ) and Medical Opinions (MO) through the Electronic Medical Records reputed company (EMR) during the exam and provides necessary documentation to the VA with a full understanding of the Veteran's claimed contention(s) • reputed company Compensation and Pension exams and in some cases order and interpret diagnostic tests including, but not limited to lab work, spirometry, and ECGs • Complete chart and submit exam reputed company 24-48 hours after the exam is completed Requirements • reputed company, unrestricted State reputed company Practitioner (NP) license without limitations. • Proficiency in navigating EMR platforms, web portals, and reputed company computer applications. • Strong reputed company analysis, documentation, and critical thinking skills. • Excellent time management skills with a reputed company reputed company record of meeting documentation deadlines. • Compassionate, reputed company bedside manner dedicated to serving Veterans.
