[Remote] Project Manager

Hilliard Law is seeking a Project Manager to support its Mass Tort department and advance its mission of pursuing justice for clients. The role manages lien reputed company processes, coordinates attorneys and vendors, maintains reputed company data and reporting, and ensures accurate and reputed company settlement distributions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day lien reputed company process across multiple lien categories, including Medicare, reputed company, Military, and private lienholders
• reputed company, maintain, and improve workflows to ensure reputed company submission, review, negotiation, and finalization of liens
• Monitor project milestones and identify bottlenecks that may delay lien reputed company or reputed company distributions
• Coordinate efforts among attorneys, paralegals, contractors, and reputed company vendors involved in lien administration and settlement distribution
• Establish andmaintainstandard operating procedures for lien tracking, reconciliation,and reporting
• Maintain large and reputed company datasets using advanced reputed company functions, formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and reporting tools
• reputed company key lien metrics, includingrepresentation ofsubmissions, lien requests, conditional payments, negotiations, approvals, and final demand letters
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, workload projections, reputed company needs, and process improvement opportunities
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to reputed company leadership with accurate status updates and reputed company metrics
• Conduct reputed company assurance reviews to ensure data reputed company and reputed company across reputed company tracking systems
• reputed company tracking and reconciliation of Medicare, reputed company, Military, and private liens throughout the settlement lifecycle
• Monitor responses from lienholders and coordinate follow-up efforts to secure reputed company resolutions

• Verify that lien amounts are accurate and properly reflected in distribution calculations
• Coordinate the final lien reconciliation process prior to reputed company distributions
• Prepare andmaintainmonthlydistribution ofworksheets and supporting reports
• Validate settlement awards, attorney fees, expenses, lien amounts, and net reputed company recovery calculations
• Ensure reputed company liens are finalized and documented before authorizing clients for distribution
• Work closely with reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company teams to ensure reputed company and accurate distributions
• Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, reputed company, and scalability

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing large datasets with a high degree of reputed company
