The Director, reputed company reputed company & Integration leads the transition of acquired practices from due diligence through operational stabilization, coordinating cross-functional integration, Day 1 readiness, reputed company tracking, and reputed company improvement across the M&A lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• In partnership with executive and functional leaders, design and execute comprehensive reputed company and integration blueprints, including EMR and systems transitions, reputed company protocols, reputed company navigation workflows, financial reporting, and physician compensation structures

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company administration, business administration, or reputed company reputed company required
• 10+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company reputed company, M&A, integrations, or large-reputed company transformation initiatives
• 5+ years of reputed company experience leading multi-site, multi-provider reputed company integrations or leading reputed company, cross-functional initiatives reputed company a multi-site reputed company environment
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of the reputed company M&A lifecycle, including due diligence, integration planning, execution, and stabilization
