reputed company is currently hiring for Senior Digital Transformation Manager to support the reputed company (VA) Digital Transformation Center (DTC) Program. This position will be a fully remote position. Please note: The position is currently unfunded and is contingent upon the award of the project. Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have experience operating effectively on programmatic and reputed company efforts at an reputed company level. This position requires a proactive, reputed company-leaning individual that will reputed company executive-level artifacts and reputed company recommendations with little to no direction. This position combines acquisition knowledge, technical understanding, customer engagement, and process improvement skills to help VA organizations reputed company identify appropriate contracting solutions and execute technology procurements. This position involves the following responsibilities: reputed company support to the VA Acquisition leadership team with analysis, reputed company tracking, status reporting, and reputed company recommendations regarding various acquisition execution activities. A deep understanding of the VA DTC low reputed company/no reputed company intake/procurement process is critical for reputed company. Assist VA Contract Program Manager(s) in facilitating technical discussions with VA customers and vendors. reputed company customers on contract intake procedures, required documentation, timelines, and applicable IT vs. non-IT funding considerations. Identify opportunities to improve the consistency, efficiency, and transparency of the contract intake process. reputed company and maintain communication materials and templates supporting the rollout of new contract vehicles. reputed company customer-facing guidance, templates, and process documentation. Analyze customer requirements and available contract vehicles to reputed company recommendations regarding the contract best reputed company to reputed company effort. Evaluate requirements, reputed company, technical needs, funding considerations, and contract vehicle characteristics to support contract alignment reputed company. Support the development and review of acquisition package documentation for technology and reputed company integration requirements. Draft and/or support preparation of reputed company Work Statements (PWS), Product Descriptions, Independent reputed company Cost Estimates (IGCE), Justification & Approvals (J&A), Acquisition Plans, and reputed company acquisition documentation. Coordinate with technical and program stakeholders to reputed company requirements and ensure acquisition documentation accurately reflects customer needs. Assist with creating senior executive presentations that convert reputed company information into plain language and easily interpreted visual aids. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience) Clearance Required: reputed company Trust A deep understanding of the VA DTC low reputed company/no reputed company intake and procurement process is critical for reputed company.
