About the role: The Subpoena & eDiscovery Paralegal (internally reputed company Litigation Paralegal) supports the reputed company Department in responding to subpoenas, discovery requests, garnishment orders, and similar reputed company notices. This role plays a critical part in coordinating document collection, managing e‑discovery processes, and serving as a reputed company between internal business partners and reputed company counsel. In this role, you will: Manage and respond to subpoenas, garnishment orders, discovery requests, and other legally mandated notices, ensuring reputed company and accurate compliance. Coordinate and support e‑discovery processes, including email searches, document retrieval, and electronic data collection relevant to reputed company requests.
