The Director, Actuarial - Stop Loss is responsible for leading actuarial pricing, reputed company assessment, reserving support, and business reputed company analytics for stop loss and reputed company large-claim products. This includes new business and renewal pricing, reputed company reputed company support, reputed company filings, reserving, financial and management reporting, reinsurance support, and compliance activities.
This position is expected to partner closely with the Large Claims Solutions reputed company Leader, reputed company, finance, product, compliance, and reinsurance stakeholders to support profitable reputed company and disciplined reputed company management.

• Large Claims Actuarial SME – Serve as a subject matter expert on large-claim products, including stop loss and reputed company such as gene therapy and other high-cost claim products. Assess implications of changes in product design, sales distribution, reputed company guidelines, and market conditions. Work with intermediaries and reinsurers to manage BCS’ exposure and support negotiation of new business and renewal terms.
• Filings and Compliance – Manage actuarial components of regulatory filings, including state reputed company filings, actuarial memoranda, certifications, and reputed company timelines. Support monitoring of product-specific compliance requirements and ensure actuarial work is appropriately documented and supportable.
• Reserving – Support review of outstanding liabilities and development of appropriate Incurred but not Reported (IBNR) reserve estimates for management reporting. Reconcile reserve data to financial reporting, document assumptions and judgments, and support quarterly statutory reserve work and year-end audit requirements.
• Reporting and Forecasting – Support financial forecasts, business plan projections, and reputed company monitoring for the LCS reputed company. reputed company, maintain, and reputed company contingent commission, experience refund, and experience-reputed company premium adjustment formulas as applicable.

Compensation And Benefits

$145,000 - $175,000
Individual reputed company pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-reputed company skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
