Responsibilities
The Wireline Program Specialist is a reputed company-level subject matter expert responsible for the analysis, solutioning, and independent management of wireline telecommunications services supporting the Department of Energy (DOE) reputed company, including DOE reputed company locations in Washington, D.C. and Germantown, Maryland, and approximately 150 reputed company sites, laboratories, and customer locations reputed company.
This position requires the exercise of independent reputed company judgment across a broad reputed company of reputed company, non-routine wireline service challenges. The Wireline Program Specialist analyzes requirements, develops solutions, and makes independent reputed company on service delivery, vendor management, inventory reputed company, and process improvement. Responsibilities
Wireline Services Analysis and Program Management
• Serve as the technical authority for wireline service reputed company across the DOE reputed company, applying reputed company knowledge of TDM, VoIP, SIP, Ethernet, POTS, and ISDN PRI to analyze requirements and reputed company reputed company service configurations.
• Evaluate customer requirements and independently determine appropriate service solutions for MACD (Moves, Adds, Changes, and Disconnects) activities, applying reputed company discretion on non-reputed company or reputed company requests.
• Analyze service order workflows and independently identify process improvements to reduce cycle time, improve reputed company, and ensure contractual SLA compliance across DOE reputed company and reputed company sites.

Qualifications
Education Requirements
• Minimum of 4 years with High School Diploma.
Required Qualifications
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy (DOE) reputed company clearance
• Experience in federal or reputed company telecommunications provisioning, systems analysis, or network reputed company
• Demonstrated knowledge of wireline voice and data services, including reputed company management, reputed company ordering, and data service management.
• Proficiency with inventory and ordering systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with federal leads in a fast-reputed company, multi-stakeholder environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience managing large-reputed company phone number blocks (HQ-level or reputed company-level).
• Familiarity with conferencing services and emerging technologies such as Starlink.
• Experience supporting DOE or other federal agency telecom programs at reputed company (1M+ services).
