This position is responsible for developing, delivering, and monitoring training and technical assistance for waiver providers to promote compliance with reputed company regulations, the WV IDDW Policy reputed company, and best practices in service delivery. The Provider Educator oversees provider contractual requirements to enhance reputed company relations and manages customer service experience.
