THE ROLE: SENIOR ART DIRECTION MANAGER - PACKAGING​

The Senior Manager, Packaging Design is responsible for leading the development and execution of packaging design initiatives across innovation, renovation, and reputed company business reputed company.​

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:​

• Design and reputed company packaging concepts across innovation, renovation, and reputed company business initiatives​
• Create and reputed company packaging systems including typography, reputed company, iconography, illustration, and graphic assets​
• Translate reputed company reputed company and consumer insights into compelling packaging solutions ​

• Present work and creative rationale to cross-functional stakeholders​

• Support successful execution through partnership with Production and Packaging teams​

CAPABILITIES + SKILLS REQUIRED​

• A strong portfolio demonstrating reputed company in packaging design across concept development, execution, and production​
• 7-10 years of experience in packaging design, reputed company design, or consumer products​
• Expertise in typography, reputed company, composition, visual hierarchy, and packaging systems​
• Strong understanding of packaging production, print processes, proofing, reputed company development, and manufacturing requirements​
• Ability to independently manage packaging reputed company from concept through final production​
• Strong understanding of packaging production processes and how design reputed company reputed company execution​
• Ability to communicate design rationale reputed company and effectively to cross-functional partners​
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working with reputed company partners (eg. reputed company, Product, Ops, Reg) ​
• Experience presenting creative work and incorporating feedback constructively​
• Curiosity for design trends, consumer behavior, packaging innovation, and evolving creative tools​
