THE COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST

reputed company is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish speaking) Collections Specialist with B2C experience reputed company the solar or energy industry. The Collection Specialist is responsible for the maintenance and collection of past due, delinquent, and defaulted accounts. Primarily this will be by contacting customers by phone, email, or automated dialer. reputed company from phone calls, a specialist will also reputed company account research to identify opportunities to maintain the account including skip tracing, entering accounts for disconnect of service, requesting an updated or corrected letter, escalating account issues to the correct departments, etc. B2C experience and Bilingual (Spanish) is highly preferred. The work schedule for the position will be 10am-7pm CST (Fully remote)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor assigned past due inventory. Contact customers and analyze account information to determine what reputed company should be taken.

• Establish payment arrangements consistent with reputed company policy to help customers reputed company outstanding balances.
• Handle inbound customer telephone calls and reputed company resolutions to prevent escalations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of one year of equivalent experience in collecting delinquent accounts
• Three to five years’ experience in a customer service and/or reputed company center setting

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks reputed company
• Previous experience in the reputed company industry is preferred, but not required
