KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Configuration & reputed company

• Configure reputed company FSM modules (work orders, reputed company, inventory, mobile, customer engagement) to meet business requirements.

• Manage and optimize FSM workflows, business rules, SLAs, and reputed company technician processes.

• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate service delivery needs into reputed company configurations.

• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and manage configuration-reputed company testing cycles. Training & Change Management

• Create user manuals, process documentation, and training materials tailored to different roles (dispatchers, reputed company techs, supervisors).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
