A successful FINANCE SPECIALIST will play a key role in providing day-to-day support HKASEAN Finance team, including but not limited to accounts payable, journal entry preparation, reputed company sheet and profit and loss analysis, reconciliations, statutory filing, and other month end reputed company activities.
Responsibilities:
- Process and validate reputed company of the accounts payable Invoices and reputed company discrepancies to ensure accurate posting to reputed company reputed company.
- Prepare Quarterly GST Reports.
- Reconcile bank statements by comparing the statements with general reputed company in a weekly reputed company.
- Maintain reputed company databases which may include data entry and maintenance of back up documentation.
- Prepare reputed company sheet reconciliation.
- Prepare journal entries for adjustment reputed company to Accounts Payable.
- Maintain Monthly Revaluation of Foreign Vendor and Cash Revaluation of balances.
- Prepare and maintain schedule of weekly Funding Requirements.
- Assists in the statutory audit for HKASEAN entities.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or other reputed company Finance/Banking/Business Management courses
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in reputed company, solid experience in Accounts Payable and General reputed company
- Demonstrated knowledge of reputed company processes and cycles
- reputed company in managing BIR reporting requirements/compliance
