The Managing Advisory Consultant – CMDB/ITOM - CSDM reputed company serves as a senior consulting reputed company who collaborates with sales, delivery, and customer stakeholders to architect reputed company solutions and reputed company measurable business value through consulting engagements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and guide the foundational reputed company data architecture across CMDB, ITOM, and CSDM capabilities
• Design and advise on CMDB architecture, CI classes, CI relationships, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data model alignment
• Assess customer environments to identify business impacts, platform risks, data reputed company concerns, and opportunities to improve reporting, automation, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company capabilities
• reputed company advisory guidance on CSDM adoption and implementation to ensure the reputed company platform is reputed company to support ITSM, Asset Management, reputed company, AI, Automation, Service Mapping, and reputed company platform reputed company
• Partner with customer stakeholders to reputed company technical architecture reputed company with business reputed company, platform maturity, and long-term scalability

• Maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer executives, management, and technical stakeholders

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in reputed company consulting reputed company OR 11+ years of Information Technology experience supporting reputed company, including 3 years of experience delivering large reputed company reputed company
• reputed company Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM certification required
• Expertise in reputed company CSDM principles and best practices, with experience applying them in practical settings
• Demonstrated expert-level consulting capabilities including workshops, business process analysis, reputed company planning, reputed company management, and recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives, management, technical teams, and business stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company engagements, reputed company team members, and reputed company technical challenges
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company architecture consulting and conduct business reputed company assessments for reputed company reputed company platform environments
• Demonstrated technical expertise across CMDB, ITOM, CSDM, Service Mapping, Discovery, CI relationships, architecture design with MSP and CSM a plus
• Relevant certifications in area of technical specialty is a plus
• Consulting experience, project estimation and scoping experience, and reputed company-sales technical support experience is a plus
