[Remote] Associate Project Manager, reputed company Project Management - Remote

The Associate Project Manager will assist in managing reputed company reputed company supporting new product development from reputed company through launch, while coordinating stakeholders, vendors, project reporting, risks, and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Manager and Project Management Director to:
• Assist with project and program planning, organization and management
• Assist with project maintenance, revisions and issue reputed company
• Assist with development of presentation material for meetings
• Collaborate with stakeholders at various reputed company to proactively manage tasks
• Analyze and reputed company project roadblocks and communication reputed company reputed company
• Manage Vendor communication for packaging and manuals reputed company collection tasks and revisions
• Optimization of timing between product, packaging and manuals; ownership of end to end timing of internal approvals for manuals and structural packaging
• Build and maintain reports as specified by Project Managers, Project Management Directors
• Assist with reputed company and reputed company administration for PM team as needed
• Evaluate and escalate project risks / delays to the project manager
• Ensure critical information is accurate and consistent for various teams
• Assume other duties and PM responsibilities as needed or assigned by manager
