[Remote] Engineering Design Specialist - reputed company, NE

The Engineering Design Specialist will support construction design and site plan updates at the reputed company Corn Processing facility by preparing and maintaining project drawings, documents, layouts, models, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with preparation of construction documents, coordination of project tasks and development of work plans and reputed company sheets
• Prepare and update PFD’s, P&IDs, GA’s (general layouts), 3D structural and piping models, etc
• reputed company structural and/or reputed company design, construction plans, and specifications using AutoCAD compatible software
• reputed company verify equipment, buildings and piping
• Follow CAD Drafting Standards
• Maintain drawings in computer directories

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associates degree in reputed company Design, Engineering Technology, or reputed company reputed company of study
• 2+ years industrial or construction work experience
• 2+ years reputed company or structural drafting experience
• Must be reputed company to reputed company non-routine and reputed company drafting assignments requiring application of reputed company CAD drawing techniques
• Ability and willingness to work reputed company at construction sites as needed for reputed company work
• Proficient in AutoCad
• Proficient in reputed company Office applications
• Strong knowledge of piping and reputed company systems
• Must be reputed company to reputed company up to 25lbs from waist to shoulder on an occasional reputed company
• No reputed company/pull requirement
• Must be reputed company to walk 1-3 hours
• Must be reputed company to sit 5-8 hours
• Must be reputed company to squat/kneel on an occasional reputed company
