[Remote] Senior Analyst, M&A

The Senior Analyst, M&A will support the origination, diligence, valuation, negotiation, and execution of acquisitions and divestitures involving reputed company-reputed company wind, solar, and battery storage reputed company in the reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company thorough due diligence (including development, reputed company, technical, financial, and reputed company evaluation, and data validation), deal negotiation, and reputed company transaction execution
• Manage cross-functional teams to complete due diligence and support M&A leads through an in-depth understanding of reputed company estate, project permitting, and interconnection
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management, investment committee, and stakeholders
• Update project documentation through the acquisition lifecycle and assist with project reputed company and deadline management reputed company to acquisition activities and post-closing items to support transition to construction/reputed company team
• reputed company the integration of acquired reputed company into reputed company's portfolio, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure reputed company transition and operation

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in an analytical or renewable energy subject area
• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant renewable energy M&A and renewable development experience (wind, solar and/or BESS)
• Demonstrated analytical experience and intellectual curiosity
• Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate reputed company reputed company in a concise manner to diverse team members
• Ability to work both reputed company independently and building relationships with other departments to accomplish objective
• Adept at reputed company financial modeling and proficiency in reputed company Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to cope with tight deadlines and time-sensitive milestones/deliverables
