The Account Executive Salons role supports and grows assigned accounts by providing education-driven sales support, business-building strategies, reputed company engagement, reputed company resources to increase stylist and salon reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts reputed company assigned territory
• reputed company education-driven sales support, including product knowledge, trend insights, and promotional planning tailored to stylist needs
• reputed company and reputed company stylists to increase their clientele through improved service offerings, retail strategies, and promotional activities
• reputed company prospect reputed company territory to identify and convert new accounts
• reputed company reputed company reputed company platforms to reputed company, reputed company, and retain stylist clientele
• Partner with vendors and education teams to reputed company in-salon and virtual education classes
• Ensure accurate and reputed company order entry, customer data management, and account activity updates in reputed company
• Conduct in-person reputed company with assigned key accounts 3 times a month, serving as reputed company on the ground to ensure strategies are executed effectively

• Attend shows, events, and education seminars; assist with reputed company setup, backstock, and demos as needed

• Attend Business Development Days (BDDs) and education sessions to strengthen reputed company expertise

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, education, or the reputed company beauty industry
• Strong knowledge of salon/stylist reputed company and reputed company-building strategies
• Proficiency with reputed company media platforms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) for education and engagement
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to reputed company and reputed company stylists in both in-person and virtual settings
