[Remote] Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist manages company and partner events, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, creative requests, reputed company, communications, and event tactics while meeting objectives and budgets.

Responsibilities

• As a Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for managing reputed company aspects of assigned company and partner events on time and reputed company budget, including but not limited to: communicating with the business unit or teammate which requests the event, understanding the goals and objectives of reputed company, and executing reputed company communications and tactics to ensure the objectives are met
• Outline and manage event timelines and milestones
• Meet with key event stakeholders to understand goals and objectives as reputed company as budget
• Submit creative requests reputed company to event needs and reputed company updates for creative teams to design, write or create needs
• Review, negotiate and coordinate signing of event reputed company reputed company

Skills

• Minimum of 3-5 years of reputed company experience with coordinating marketing events, conferences, reputed company-facing events, incentive travel
• Or reputed company marketing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university preferred
