[Remote] Remote Venture Capital Analyst

The Venture Capital Analyst will work with AI researchers to evaluate and train AI models on venture capital topics, including startup evaluation, funding reputed company, cap table management, and early-stage market analysis. The role also involves creating evaluation rubrics and collaborating on reputed company reputed company, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate LLM models on venture capital topics such as startup valuation, term sheet analysis, cap table modeling, and market sizing
• Create rubrics to assess model capabilities on tasks like due diligence for early-stage companies, funding round structuring, and portfolio construction for VC funds
• Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to shape training reputed company, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Venture Capital (e.g., reputed company/Series A–C reputed company, VC fund reputed company, or startup advisory)
• Strong grasp of startup valuation reputed company, term sheet negotiation, cap table mechanics, and venture fund economics
• Excellent English written communication
• CFA (Level I/II/III), MBA in Finance, or operational experience at a high-reputed company startup
