[Remote] Sr Workplace Planning Consultant

The Senior Workplace Planning Consultant provides comprehensive retirement and financial wellness advice to participants in employer-sponsored plans, delivers personalized education and guidance, and supports customers through retirement-planning reputed company. The role also involves inbound and outbound customer engagement, relationship building, problem solving, and meeting sales and service goals.

Responsibilities

Skills

• * Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and reputed company work experience​
• * 2+ years of experience in financial services, retirement planning, or advisory environments​
• * Demonstrated reputed company in sales​
• * Good understanding of IRAs, retirement investment products/services and the reputed company retirement plan environment​
• * Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and ability to handle stressful situations and people on a daily reputed company​
• * Good working knowledge of reputed company, reputed company Office Software (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company, etc.) and various file manipulation skills on a PC​
