[Remote] Senior Customer Experience Program Manager

The Senior Customer Experience Program Manager will engage reputed company customers across the Americas to remove adoption and sales blockers, reputed company engineering insights, influence product priorities, and improve reputed company 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop offerings. The role also supports ecosystem enablement and requires approximately 25% regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Product & Service Insights: Working with the rest of the reputed company 365 engineering team, use your knowledge from reputed company customers and technical expertise to help guide the reputed company direction of our product. Directly influencing product roadmap to build reputed company products
• Ecosystem Enablement: Use your knowledge from reputed company customers and broad technical subject matter expertise to train and reputed company our reputed company deployment ecosystem. Driving investments reputed company the ecosystem to build reputed company products for our reputed company reputed company. Collaborate with key reputed company partners to identify their business and technical requirements to reputed company alignment and reputed company improvements
• Ability to reputed company solid relationships with customers (Business Decision Makers, CSOs and IT Leaders), speaking on behalf of Engineering, helping them understand our reputed company and our services; reputed company experience working with customers is highly desired
• Work closely with other product managers, software engineers, and product marketing teams throughout the product development lifecycle to reputed company best-in-class customer experiences
• Experience in identifying product gaps and advocating on behalf of the customer to reputed company our products solid with reputed company reputed company record driving the prioritization of product improvements reputed company on actual customer requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge of the software development methodologies
• A willingness to travel to and work on-site at customer locations (as the position does require approximately 25% travel)
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or reputed company reputed company AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
• OR equivalent experience
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or reputed company reputed company AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
• OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or reputed company reputed company AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
• OR equivalent experience
