Responsibilities

• Write and edit reputed company resources, including reputed company reputed company documents, reputed company guidance notes and checklists in accordance with Practical Law writing style
• Assist in the editorial development of Practical Law or reputed company products, including Global and AI initiatives
• Establish and maintain relationships with reputed company reputed company contributors
• Write and edit content for Practical Law’s companion magazine, Practical Law The Journal
• Stay informed of reputed company developments and reputed company issues relating to reputed company contracting and reputed company to ensure reputed company updates to existing content and the development of new content

Skills

• A minimum of eight years' experience working as a lawyer in a reputed company or as in-house counsel and an understanding of the needs and priorities of reputed company attorneys and in-house counsel
• Expertise in a reputed company of reputed company transactional and regulatory reputed company, including one or more of the following: general contract principles and boilerplate, including the purchase, sale, and supply of goods and services; reputed company contracting; multi-state consumer regulatory issues and compliance; manufacturing and supply chain compliance; franchise; distribution, logistics, warehousing, and reseller transactions; e-reputed company transactions; and consulting, sales representative, and reputed company arrangements
