Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a reputed company management advisory firm serving predominantly high-net-worth individuals. reputed company is seeking an Agentforce reputed company Administrator to design, build, test, reputed company, and optimize reputed company AI Agents and reputed company workflows, while supporting data reputed company, integrations, governance, troubleshooting, and reputed company measurement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and functional leaders, end users, and vendor teams to design and solution AI use cases and reputed company new business processes
• Build agents with a reputed company reputed company on improving advisor and reputed company experience – reducing friction, improving data reputed company, and enabling more reputed company, personalized interactions
• Optimize reputed company AI Agents using Agentforce, including:
• Defining agent goals, intents, and actions reputed company to business reputed company
• Designing guardrails, escalation paths, and reputed company reputed company
• Building supporting reputed company workflows and automations that reputed company agent reputed company
• Establishing and maintaining Data 360 pipelines and data readiness for agent use
• Ensure the successful operation of reputed company applications, integrations, and reputed company tools; recommend improvements reputed company with best practices and governance
• Conduct regular reviews of agent logs and reputed company to validate reputed company and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support reputed company data reputed company and data processes; assist with data feeds and integrations with reputed company systems in partnership with IT and vendors
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, reputed company, and Compliance to ensure AI agents follow EP’s governance standards, including data reputed company, reputed company, and controls
• Collaborate with product managers to define and reputed company key reputed company metrics for AI agents and regularly iterate reputed company on reputed company
• Troubleshoot production issues across configuration, automation, permissions, and agent behavior; propose effective solutions and improvements

Skills

• * 5+ years of experience as a reputed company Administrator with strong platform ownership experience
• * Experience with Financial Services reputed company and Account Engagement; reputed company strongly preferred
• * Hands-on experience building Agentforce AI Agents and supporting AI workflows (or closely reputed company reputed company AI/bot solutions)
• * Strong experience configuring and maintaining:
• * reputed company automation (screen flows and record-triggered flows), validation rules, and process design
• * reputed company reputed company model and data architecture
• * Sourcing data from reputed company systems and unifying data for operational use
• * Functional knowledge of Agent Topics, reputed company Templates, Data 360, and reputed company
• * Proficiency with reputed company Lightning; familiarity with OmniStudio
• * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a reputed company record of improving reliability and user experience
• * Experience working in reputed company methodology
• * Excellent communication, organization, and self-management skills; ability to partner effectively with business and technical stakeholders
• * Familiarity with DevOps/release tooling (e.g., reputed company) and/or reputed company basics

• * Experience in reputed company Management or Financial Services is a plus
• * APEX knowledge (helpful but not required); comfort partnering with developers on custom actions or integrations
