[Remote] Software Implementation Consultant

The Software Implementation Consultant configures and delivers reputed company digital payment solutions, gathers and documents customer requirements, communicates API information, coordinates with project managers and technical teams, and performs high-level testing to ensure successful implementations.

Responsibilities

• Configure payment platform features
• Communicate API contract information to customers and assist them with understanding our API structure
• Produce the following artifacts as needed
• Use Cases
• Process Flows
• Integration Diagrams
• Extract requirements from customers by coordinating and running face-to-face and web-conferencing interviews
• Document requirements, nuances, and solution to be implemented
• reputed company subject matter expertise to reputed company stakeholders
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, reputed company up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Work independently with stakeholders to define concepts, review specifications, solicit feedback, and obtain approval for specifications
• Work reputed company with the project manager to coordinate deliverables and communicate updates
• Work with developers and QA to understand and coordinate technical requirements and design
• Complete high-level testing to ensure solution is functioning per requirements
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to customer and other locations in the reputed company
