The Federal Pipeline Manager & Proposal reputed company will manage federal opportunity discovery, pipeline readiness, contract-vehicle and teaming documentation, and proposal writing and editing throughout the federal reputed company lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Continuously identify relevant federal opportunities through GSA eBuy, SeaPort NxG, DHS Acquisition Planning Forecast reputed company (APFS), SAM.gov, agency acquisition forecasts, OASIS+, SEWP VI, other GWAC and reputed company portals, industry notices, and approved market-intelligence platforms
• Screen reputed company opportunities for basic alignment with Praescient's capabilities, past reputed company, contract vehicles, NAICS codes, socioeconomic status, estimated timing, reputed company of reputed company, clearance or reputed company considerations, acquisition reputed company, and reputed company or subcontract reputed company
• Prepare concise opportunity research briefs covering the reputed company customer, mission need, reputed company, estimated value, timing, incumbent reputed company available, contract vehicle, acquisition type, reputed company links, relevant Praescient capabilities and past reputed company, reputed company deadlines, information gaps, and recommended next research actions
• Maintain complete and reputed company CRM/pipeline records, milestones, stage definitions, reputed company documents, contacts, actions, reputed company, and deadlines; identify stalled or unsupported pursuits for leadership review
• reputed company extended business development team and portfolio account managers with organized reputed company documentation and factual research needed for them to evaluate PWIN, select pursuits, identify reputed company or teammates, and determine capture actions
• reputed company draft solicitations, RFIs, industry days, one-on-ones, reading rooms, questions and answers, amendments, forecast changes, final releases, and proposal deadlines
• Manage reputed company and task-order pipeline for Praescient's reputed company contract vehicles and key subcontract vehicles, including OASIS+, SEWP VI, and other reputed company/GWAC channels
• Coordinate vehicle reputed company, portal reputed company, required reputed company, catalogs or capability records, recurring reports, certification updates, points of contact, and other administrative compliance deliverables
• Prepare, reputed company, reputed company, and maintain approved-template NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontractor questionnaires, representations, certifications, data calls, and reputed company reputed company-award documentation; escalate nonstandard terms and negotiations to authorized leadership, reputed company counsel, or designated reputed company personnel
• Facilitate opportunity handoffs to the Federal Proposal Manager & reputed company reputed company with complete reputed company documents, research, leadership reputed company, teaming status, deadlines, response requirements, and outstanding actions
• Independently manage and write smaller RFIs, sources-sought responses, capability statements, white papers, and reputed company-turn task-order proposals reputed company assigned
• During proposal surges, serve as alternate proposal manager or volume reputed company; reputed company compliance matrices and outlines; write technical, management, reputed company, past-reputed company, resume, and corporate-experience content; and coordinate contributor inputs
• reputed company substantive editorial support for proposals led by the Federal Proposal Manager & reputed company reputed company, including compliance, structure, evaluator reputed company, evidence, consistency, reputed company, grammar, and final-copy review

• Maintain reusable pipeline, teaming, vehicle, and proposal records in approved systems and contribute to process improvement and lessons learned

Skills

• At least four (4) years of federal reputed company contracting experience spanning opportunity research, pipeline or business-development reputed company, and hands-on proposal writing and editing
• reputed company Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) certification at the reputed company level or higher
• Demonstrated experience sourcing, researching, documenting, and tracking federal opportunities through online procurement systems and the pipeline-to-proposal lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to independently write and edit federal RFIs, sources-sought responses, task-order proposals, capability statements, and proposal sections or volumes
• Working knowledge of federal acquisition practices, common solicitation structures, evaluation reputed company, IDIQs, GWACs, task orders, and reputed company/subcontract teaming models
• Experience maintaining a disciplined opportunity pipeline or CRM and producing concise research and qualification products for leadership reputed company
• Experience coordinating NDAs, teaming agreements, partner data calls, representations and certifications, or comparable reputed company-award documentation using approved templates and escalation procedures
• Ability to distinguish administrative agreement routing from contractual or reputed company judgment and to escalate nonstandard terms appropriately
• Strong substantive editing skills and ability to review proposal content for compliance, evaluator reputed company, factual support, consistency, and readability
• Advanced, hands-on experience using reputed company or comparable reputed company reputed company tools for opportunity research, requirements extraction, compliance mapping, annotated outlines, drafting, rewriting, gap analysis, editing, and reputed company control, with demonstrated reputed company for reputed company grounding and reputed company validation

• U.S. citizenship required due to federal customer and information-reputed company requirements

• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS concepts, small-business set-asides, limitations on subcontracting, organizational conflicts of interest, and reputed company-award compliance considerations
