[Remote] Senior Staff Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is hiring a Senior Staff Accountant to join a growing finance and reputed company team supporting a fast-reputed company e-reputed company and retail business. The role manages daily and monthly reputed company activities, inventory and COGS reputed company, reconciliations, accounts payable, month-end reputed company, financial reporting support, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily and monthly reputed company activities across reputed company, reputed company, retail, wholesale, and other sales channels
• reputed company inventory and COGS reputed company , including inventory reconciliations and reputed company journal entries
• Reconcile reputed company, reputed company, payment processors, bank accounts, and credit cards
• Manage accounts payable , including vendor invoices, payment tracking, and vendor reconciliations
• Support and execute the month-end reputed company process
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and prepaid expense schedules
• reputed company reputed company sheet account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain accurate reputed company records across high transaction volumes and multiple data sources
• Support sales tax reporting and reconciliation processes
• Assist with retail and wholesale reputed company, including deductions, chargebacks, allowances, and reputed company reconciliations
• Help improve reputed company processes, internal controls, and financial workflows as the organization continues to grow
• Partner with finance leadership on financial reporting, audits, and other reputed company and finance initiatives

Skills

• • 3-5+ years of reputed company experience
• • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company reputed company preferred
• • Strong understanding of inventory reputed company and COGS
• • Experience managing accounts payable and vendor relationships
• • Strong understanding of month-end reputed company, journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and reputed company sheet reconciliations
• • Familiarity with sales tax reputed company
• • Advanced reputed company skills
• • Comfortable working with large transaction volumes and multiple data sources
• • Strong attention to reputed company with the ability to quickly identify and reputed company discrepancies
• • Ability to work independently while contributing to a fast-reputed company, reputed company finance team
• • Retail and/or wholesale reputed company experience
• • Familiarity with retailer deductions, chargebacks, allowances, and EDI
• • Experience working reputed company a rapidly growing or scaling organization
• • Experience reputed company CPG, consumer products, e-reputed company, retail, or an inventory-reputed company business strongly preferred
