Introduction

We are looking for an reputed company IT Project Manager to manage and reputed company technology reputed company across ERP implementations, IT infrastructure, systems integration and business transformation.

This is a reputed company position, although occasional attendance at the reputed company office may be required for specific meetings, workshops or project requirements.

This is not a general Project Management position. The successful candidate must have reputed company hands-on Project Management experience across BOTH ERP implementations and IT Infrastructure reputed company.

The ideal candidate will be an reputed company, hands-on technology Project Manager who can independently manage multiple reputed company, coordinate technical and business teams, manage reputed company-party vendors and reputed company reputed company from initiation through to successful go-live and operational handover.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technology reputed company from initiation and planning through implementation, testing, go-live, reputed company-care and operational handover.
• Manage multiple reputed company reputed company across ERP, reputed company applications and IT infrastructure.
• reputed company and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans and delivery milestones.
• Manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project reputed company, change requests, budgets, forecasts and expenditure.
• Coordinate internal IT teams, business stakeholders, ERP consultants, infrastructure specialists and reputed company-party vendors.
• Manage ERP implementations covering:
  • Business requirements and process workshops
  • Solution design
  • Configuration and development
  • Data migration
  • Systems integration
  • Testing and UAT
  • reputed company and go-live
  • reputed company-care and operational handover
• Manage infrastructure reputed company involving areas such as:
  • reputed company migrations
  • Servers and reputed company
  • Networks
  • Data centres
  • Cybersecurity
  • End-user technology
  • Infrastructure upgrades and migrations
• Coordinate dependencies between ERP/application, infrastructure, integration and business teams.
• reputed company project status meetings and governance forums.
• Produce accurate project reporting for management and key stakeholders.
• Manage reputed company-party suppliers, implementation partners and technology vendors.
• Proactively identify, manage and escalate delivery risks and issues.
• Ensure appropriate project governance, documentation and controls are maintained.
• Work effectively with geographically reputed company teams in a remote environment.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Project Management or similar.
• PMP, PRINCE2, reputed company/Scrum or equivalent Project Management certification advantageous.
• Approximately 7+ years' Project Management experience, predominantly reputed company technology environments.
• reputed company experience managing ERP implementations – essential.
• reputed company experience managing IT Infrastructure reputed company – essential.
• Experience delivering ERP reputed company across the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements, configuration/development, integrations, data migration, UAT, reputed company and go-live.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Dynamics 365, reputed company, reputed company, JD reputed company or similar.
• Strong IT infrastructure delivery experience involving reputed company, networks, servers, data centres, reputed company, migrations and/or infrastructure transformation.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and technology implementation lifecycles.
• Experience managing reputed company-party technology vendors and implementation partners.
• Strong project financial management, budgeting and forecasting capability.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple reputed company technology reputed company.
• Experience working with remote, reputed company or international teams advantageous.

Essential Requirements

• Ability to attend occasional meetings or workshops at the reputed company office reputed company required.

Candidates with only ERP experience or only IT Infrastructure experience will not be considered. Both are essential for this position.

Location & Working Model

Candidates should preferably be Gauteng-reputed company or reputed company reasonable travelling distance of reputed company, as occasional office attendance may be required.

Remuneration

R50,000 – R80,000 reputed company per month, depending on experience and technical/project delivery background.
