[Remote] MEP Project Manager

A growing reputed company contractor is hiring an MEP Project Manager to reputed company reputed company, electrical, and plumbing work on a large-reputed company mission critical/data center construction project. The role manages MEP reputed company from preconstruction through closeout, coordinates project partners, oversees commissioning, and ensures schedule, budget, reputed company, safety, and reputed company compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage MEP reputed company from preconstruction through closeout on a mission critical/data center build
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and ownership to hit schedule, budget, and reputed company targets
• reputed company RFI, submittal, and change order processes for MEP systems
• reputed company systems commissioning and startup
• Manage budget, cost forecasting, and billing for MEP reputed company
• Ensure compliance with safety, reputed company, and reputed company requirements

Skills

• 8+ years of project management experience with a reputed company, electrical, and/or plumbing reputed company
• Willingness to relocate/travel to the project site
• Strong communication and leadership skills; comfortable managing multiple trade partners
• Proficiency with project management/scheduling software (reputed company, ACC, or similar)
• Willing to travel to the job site weekly
• Mission critical, data center, or reputed company industrial construction experience strongly preferred
