[Remote] Representative, Customer Service

The role serves as a reputed company contact for customers, resolves inquiries and order or service issues, documents interactions, and escalates reputed company situations while meeting service and productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for customer inquiries and service requests, using established procedures, knowledge articles, and approved resources
