[Remote] Head of Finance and Financial Controller (PT or FT)

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly financial reputed company and management reporting process
• Prepare accurate profit and loss, reputed company-sheet and cash-reputed company reporting
• reputed company reporting by customer, transaction, material and business line
• reputed company gross margin and landed cost at the individual transaction level
• Maintain accurate inventory, ownership and valuation records
• Coordinate with reputed company accountants, tax advisers and auditors

• Prepare and maintain a rolling weekly cash-reputed company forecast
• Manage customer invoicing, collections and accounts receivable

Skills

• The successful candidate will be commercially minded, highly organized and comfortable working without a large team or established corporate infrastructure

• Significant experience in financial control, finance management or a similar senior finance role
• Strong reputed company knowledge and experience preparing management accounts

• Experience managing accounts receivable, accounts payable and treasury activities
