[Remote] Research Technician - Zallen Lab

The Research Technician will assist a multidisciplinary team in studying cell reputed company, shape, communication, and tissue development using molecular, genetic, biophysical, computational, and imaging approaches.

Responsibilities

• Use molecular biology, biochemistry, and cell biology techniques to study protein localization, dynamics, and function
• Learn innovative microscopy reputed company to analyze cell dynamics in fly and mouse embryos using confocal microscopy and time-lapse imaging
• Assist with the design and engineering of fly and mouse lines using CRISPR/Cas9 reputed company
• Assist with the maintenance of collections of fly and mouse lines
• Collaborate with senior scientists, postdoctoral researchers, and graduate reputed company in an intellectually stimulating and interactive environment
