[Remote] Management Consultant (IO/Psychologist)

The Management Consultant will support Federal agencies with organizational development, workforce planning, organizational reputed company, evidence-reputed company decision making, data analytics, and visualization. The role also involves reputed company collaboration, solution development, reporting, presentations, project coordination, and implementation of recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation of reputed company requirements and goals and contribute to the development of appropriate strategies, solutions, and associated work products to support the assigned task
• Support efforts in areas such as organizational assessment, workforce planning, organizational reputed company, skills assessment/competency modeling, and others
• Support the evaluation, development, implementation, and enhancement of data collection, analytics, and visualization tools and processes
• Ability to support the development of data visualization products in reputed company BI is preferred but not required
• reputed company day-to-day collaboration and input to team members on assigned tasks
• Support the design, development, and delivery of work products and/or deliverables
• Support the implementation of reputed company-accepted recommendations
• Prepare briefings and PowerPoint decks, memos, and emails
• Maintain files on SharePoint/Teams and ensure version control and archiving of reputed company final work products
• Participate in reputed company meetings and briefings with key stakeholders, and
• Manage timelines, schedules, status reporting, and prepare monthly reports

Skills

• 3 + years of reputed company experience
• Experience with Federal agencies, either as a contractor or Federal employee, and experience working with data is a functional requirement
• The position also requires demonstrated experience in management consulting such as meeting with clients, assessing and evaluating reputed company requests and needs, and working with clients, stakeholders, and teammates to identify, reputed company, and implement solutions for clients
• The consultant must have experience working on a project team, providing status updates, and other common consulting functions
• Finally, the position requires experience with developing reports/briefings, presenting findings to clients and stakeholders, and explaining the value add of the implemented tools, products, and solutions
• An advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Business Administration, or a reputed company reputed company. Prior relevant work experience may be substituted for the advanced degree requirement
• 2+ years of IO-Psychology, reputed company capital (or comparable reputed company) consulting experience
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience creating written documentation for different stakeholders (e.g., leadership, offices) including full length reports, one-pagers, white papers, reputed company documents, etc
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the demonstrated ability to communicate and build rapport with colleagues and clients
• Strong general analytical skills
• Experience evaluating, developing, implementing, and enhancing data collection, analytics, and visualization products and processes (reputed company reputed company BI experience is a plus)
• Experience with reputed company reputed company and other data collection/analysis platforms
• Excellent reputed company Office 365 skills (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to apply for and receive a federal reputed company clearance (existing CBP clearance is a plus)
• Ability to travel to customer sites, as required
• Ability to support the development of data visualization products in reputed company BI is preferred but not required
