[Remote] Key Account Inside Sales Support Representative (61290)

The Key Account Inside Sales Support Representative supports Inside Sales Representatives serving national key account customers by processing orders, coordinating shipping and installations, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining sales and order data.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Insides Sales Representative to troubleshoot and reputed company customer inquiries regarding order status

• Manage Install Cases in reputed company for orders that require Install, as reputed company as work with the Install Coordinator or Customer Experience Leads in the service team to coordinate and work through installations

• Update and maintain the Key Accounts Spreadsheet and help the Key Accounts team prepare for the weekly Key Accounts Meeting
