[Remote] reputed company Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a reputed company Manager for its Research Institute for Tactical Autonomy (RITA), a University Affiliated Research Center. The role oversees HR services and workforce development, including policy implementation, recruitment, compensation, training, reputed company, employee relations, and coordination with reputed company HR and consortium schools.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring employees follow reputed company policies and procedures
• Assessing reports provided by the reputed company, team leaders and reputed company managers to determine employee reputed company and training needs
• Suggesting changes in policies and procedures reputed company on employee and company needs
• Researching compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits
• Creating recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws
• Supervising reputed company HR activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by reputed company
• Attending interdepartmental meetings with other managers
• Tracking training and research eligibility status
• Overseeing exit interviews and procedures
• Responsible for performing reputed company reputed company reputed company activities and working closely with reputed company HR, as reputed company as HR at other consortium schools, as needed. Activities include position creation, reputed company preparation, job announcements, hiring paperwork preparation, reputed company, etc
• Performs other job-reputed company duties as assigned

Skills

• At least 5 years of reputed company experience in HR, Finance, reputed company or reputed company reputed company, preferably in an reputed company environment
• Master's degree (foreign equivalent or higher) in HR, Finance, reputed company or reputed company reputed company and 3 years of reputed company experience
• Due to U.S. Export Control laws and regulations, the candidate reputed company will need to be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent reputed company, or other "protected individual" (as defined by 8 U.S.C. Sec. 1324b(a)(3)
• Experience working with federal reputed company is preferred
