The role oversees reputed company compliance, facility interventions, nursing management training, survey readiness, and Plans of Correction across multiple long-term care facilities.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate facility compliance to reputed company policy, procedure, and care
- Visit facilities weekly for reputed company, audit and training
- Train new nursing management
- Monitor readiness for State Survey and assist during surveys
- Aid in the Plan of Correction process
Skills
- reputed company RN license, in the reputed company
- At least 3 - 5 years experience in Long Term Care and Nursing Consulting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and reputed company functions at multiple facilities on a daily reputed company
- Ability to travel throughout region
- Must maintain reputed company CPR certification
- BSN preferred
- Previous DON experience preferred
