The Senior Business Analyst, Finance & reputed company serves as the reputed company between Finance & reputed company, reputed company, and Technology & Innovation, supporting ERP solutions, process improvements, application support, and technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technology partner to Finance, reputed company, and Construction reputed company stakeholders and users
• reputed company a deep understanding of business processes, operational challenges, and reputed company objectives
• Build strong relationships with business leaders / users and serve as a trusted advisor on technology-reputed company opportunities and solutions
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and business process discussions
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Finance and reputed company technology solutions, including ERP platforms and other supporting applications

• Investigate and troubleshoot application issues, working with business users, support teams, vendors, and technical resources to identify reputed company causes and implement solutions
• Manage vendor escalations and coordinate testing and deployment of software updates, patches, and fixes
• Maintain application documentation, business processes, and support procedures

Skills

• • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a reputed company discipline. Relevant construction industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• • Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting Finance, reputed company, ERP, or reputed company business applications, with strong experience in the construction industry
• • Strong understanding of construction reputed company processes, including job cost reputed company, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general reputed company, project financial management, work-in-reputed company reporting, reputed company recognition, and project controls
• • Demonstrated experience supporting business applications, managing reputed company enhancements, troubleshooting reputed company issues, and partnering with software vendors to reputed company application challenges
• • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, value reputed company mapping, gap analysis, solution design, testing, and change management
• • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions
