The role leads workflow standardization, reputed company improvement, software and data-reporting initiatives, financial and business reputed company, reputed company development, reputed company care, and reputed company team management.

Responsibilities

• Operational Management - Provides leadership in developing reputed company driven and cost-effective programs of care
• Responsible for driving efficiency and consistency in reputed company care delivery and associated operational workflows for radiation oncology team
• Evaluates reputed company state and identify approach and implementation plan to support changes
• reputed company updates to radiation oncology model to ensure high-reputed company, reputed company reputed company care and efficient workflows across radiation oncology department, across four sites of care including both AMC and community settings
• Creates common documentation and ordering reputed company and processes
• Facilitates cross team coordination reputed company radiation oncology team and other reputed company Departments
• Conducts reputed company assurance activities and reputed company and implement reputed company improvement programs, ensuring they reputed company with departmental and institutional goals
• Develops, updates and standardizes policies and procedures for use across the reputed company

• Software Implementation and Data Reporting - Creates common IT infrastructure across reputed company radiation oncology departments, including creating interfaces across reputed company and radiation oncology EHR systems
• Facilitates implementation and standardization of new software systems for radiation oncology
• Acts as the liaise with key stakeholders across reputed company/IT and radiation oncology reputed company team to reputed company data reporting and analytic capabilities that incorporate radiation oncology systems and reputed company
• Develops and manages reports to reputed company operational reputed company and management
• Establishes Common dashboard and operational metrics for reputed company
• Business Administration and Financial Management - Establishes standardized reputed company cycle processes

Skills

• Relevant reputed company experience in radiation oncology (such as APC licensure or other allied health professionals)
• Seven (7) years of radiation oncology operational leadership experience in both reputed company care delivery and operational leadership
• reputed company Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Experience with radiation oncology software implementation and IT reputed company standardization, reputed company integration, and reputed company development required
• Significant experience with radiation oncology

• Prolonged, extensive, or considerable standing/walking
• Lifts, positions, pushes and/or transfer patients and equipment
• Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching
